We keep costs low by automizing as much of the website as possible. Shockingly, live humans are still essential. And because our service is relatively unique, we incur some expense of educating the public about the benefits of reuse, online matching and sorting materials.

We charge a minimal amount, $5 per year flat fee to use our basic wish list / donation matching system.

For large businesses and organizations, we encourage multiple accounts. The closer we are to the user (donor or recipient) the more accurate the descriptions and, thus, the better the matching. Building office managers don't always know your exact wishes or if your monitor works and where the keys are to the filing cabinet.
