Excess Access is coordinating the database for this Matter of Trust restaurant surplus recycling program.

We have 2 special programs for restaurants who may want to donate more than furnitures etc.

1) We are collecting wine bottle corks from restuarants and hotels. The cork will be ground and used for flooring in a sustainable materials exhibit.

2) Restaurants are signing up to donate their used fryer grease to participating biodiesel programs. Did you know that diesel cars and trucks can run on vegetable oil instead of petroleum fuel?
